Screening on July 11 at 9 p.m. at Castello Maniace, “The Voice of the Sea” section of the 16th Ortigia Film Festival. Director Ludovico Ferro will be present.
Second important selection for The Interview at Sea, which this time is welcomed by one of the most important film festivals in the Mediterranean area. The Ortigia Film Festival, now in its 16th edition, supports and promotes young and innovative Italian and international cinema. The festival, which takes place this year from July 6 to July 13, unfolds in the squares of the historic center of the city of Syracuse (Unesco World Heritage) on the island of Ortigia, a unique place in the world for its cultural stratification and its integration with the splendid sea it overlooks.
Among the various sections of the festival, ours could only be “The Voice of the Sea” dedicated each year to films that address the themes and issues of the sea in an innovative and meaningful way.
The first official screening of The Interview at Sea at the Ortigia Film Festival is set for 9 p.m. on July 11 in the most extreme part of the island of Ortigia (Syracuse) and facing the sea, in the splendid setting of the Maniace Castle complex (Ferruzza-Romano hall). Consult the page dedicated by the festival to our film for all the info.
Also follow the latest news on our socials, Facebook and Instagram, where we will post images and the various content produced on the occasion of the film delegation’s participation in the event. Director Ludovico Ferro himself will be present.
The date for the press conference will also be on July 11, but at 7:30 pm.
